Meet Ellen — Your Catholic Coach & Companion
For more than 30 years, I’ve walked alongside women in the field of mental health. As a Catholic wife of 33 years and mother of two grown sons, I know intimately the tender terrain of empty-nesting, caregiving, career transitions, health challenges, and grief.
Many women struggle with Self-Leadership. They are naturally gifted at caring for others and nurturing growth in those around them, yet often feel guilty when it comes to investing in their own development. When life chapters close and roles begin to shift, it can become a sacred invitation to pruning, renewal, and transformation. Through faith-based life, leadership, and health coaching, I help women listen more deeply within, discern God’s still, small voice, reawaken long-held dreams, and begin building a life their hearts truly desire—and deserve.

Rooted in the belief that Christ is the Source, Center, and Summit of our lives, His presence remains at the heart of every part of the journey. In Him, all things are made new, and together, through His grace and the support of one another, we are invited to blossom into the most beautiful version of ourselves.
6-Month Goal-Focused Community Experience
A shared commitment to personal growth, guided support, and meaningful accountability
This experience includes a 1:1 discovery call, group orientation, a goal-setting and planning retreat, 12 mastermind coaching sessions, 6 prayer and educational gatherings, and a closing celebration retreat designed to honor all you’ve accomplished.
