How my journey shaped the sacred, supportive spaces I create for women
For over 30 years, I have walked alongside women in the field of mental health, and over the last several years I have expanded that work through professional coaching. I am currently a Certified Life Coach and Leadership Coach through the Professional Christian Coaching Institute, a Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and a Relationship Coach through Imago Relationship International. These years of clinical care, leadership, and coaching have given me a deep respect for the courage it takes to grow, heal, and step into a new season with intention.
My professional path is deeply connected to my personal story. As someone who rose from the pain and instability of a broken home, I know what it is like to long for belonging, wholeness, and a clear path forward. I also know that growth asks something of us. It asks for honesty, readiness, and the willingness to let God meet us in the places that still need revelation. What began as my own journey toward healing became a calling to create the kind of compassionate, grounded support and spaces that I once sought out for myself.
Today, I bring together my clinical experience, my faith, my training, and my heart to offer sacred spaces where Catholic women can be both tenderly supported and lovingly invited into growth. These are spaces for women who are ready to flourish—to bring their whole story, receive encouragement and truth, and grow in self-leadership so they can live with greater purpose in their homes, families, churches, and communities. My role is to nurture that process with wisdom, skillful coaching, safety, and deep respect for the work God is doing in each woman's life.

I value truthfulness as a path to freedom, healing, and deeper communion with God. With compassion and courage, I believe truth helps uncover the false stories we carry, strengthens us to embrace who God created us to be, and leads us more fully into the life and identity found in Jesus Christ.
Leadership
I value leadership as a sacred calling to serve with humility, courage, and faith. Rooted in Christ and guided by God’s unique design, I believe true leadership begins with surrender to His will, grows through integrity and compassion, and empowers us to influence the world with confidence, grace, and purpose.
